Shipping Information
Your shoes will be shipped out as soon as possible after we receive a verified payment. Please allow 2 to 5 business days to receive your package. Note that we do not deliver to a PO Box. While we do everything within our power to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered on time, Bartels shoes cannot beheld responsible for any late delivery or loss of orders due to circumstances beyond our control.
We offer worldwide shipping and delivery on all Bartels shoes. Your shoes are sent from our Copenhagen Space.
Denmark: Free shipping
Europe: 150 DKK including VAT (approx. 20 Euro)
Rest of the world: 350 DKK including VAT (approx. 47 Euro)
Please note that all international deliveries may be subject to additional taxes and duties, and you will be responsible for these costs.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
All return must be authorized by email first by emailing the customer service address below. You have 14 days to return an item for a refund. The shipping chard is not refunded.
For international shippers please ensure that you clearly state in all customs forms that the item us being returned for a refund. Failure to do so will result in the item being returned to you. Items returned for a refund must be in a New/Unworn condition. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface.
